Here you start your trip into the \"Danish South Seas\", along the \"Schlei\" or all over the Baltic Sea.<a href=\"https:\/\/maasholm.de\/maasholm\/sportboothafen.html\">Marina Maasholm<\/a>\u201c ist ein begehrter Hafen. Hier startest Du deinen T\u00f6rn in die d\u00e4nische S\u00fcdsee, entlang der Schlei oder kreuz und quer \u00fcber die Ostsee. Mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/wellenrauscher.de\/en\/chartern-gelting-mole\/\">Yolo<\/a>, die ab 2025 aus <a href=\"https:\/\/wellenrauscher.de\/en\/charter-sportboothafen-gelting\/\">Gelting-Mole<\/a> startet, bist du nach einem kurzen Schlag in Maasholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the excellent starting point for sailing trips to Denmark, Maasholm is also known as the \"most beautiful fishing village on the Schlei\" and a place to relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The close location to the nature reserve \u201cVogelfreist\u00e4tte Oehe-Schleim\u00fcnde\u201d gives a fabulous view of nature, birds and the Baltic Sea. Numerous activities guarantee an exciting stay. The information-room provides further up-to-date information on Maasholm on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maasholm marina | Generally<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/wellenrauscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Video-maasholm-2021.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The municipality of Maasholm is the operator of this marina and makes every effort to ensure the cleanliness, comfort and safety of its guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sanitary facilities are clean, sufficiently available and inexpensive. Garbage disposal is organized via a separate garbage collection point. Washer and dryer are also available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone who wants to have a good time on the playground or the barbecue area with friends and family will also find what they are looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the main season, the Maasholm marina is a popular port and well attended. Nevertheless, there is usually always a free berth, even at peak times. If, contrary to expectations, no box is free in the main part of the port, you will very likely still find an unoccupied berth in the \"old fishing  port section\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free berths can be recognized by green signs or by the fact that there is no sign at all. However, you should pay attention to the sometimes short opening times of the bunker-station. The station is also operated by the harbor masters of the community port. A disposal point for the holding tank is also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don't need to start your car for small purchases and fresh bread. Within walking distance you will find a bakery \"Kloster-B\u00e4ckerei\", a small but well-stocked grocery store and fresh fish from the cutter or at the fish store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to stock for a longer trip, you will find several larger grocery stores and discounters in the direction of Kappeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipment for the crew and the boat can be found in Kappeln. There are also numerous craft businesses that offer boat-related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maasholm marina | Approach from the sea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\" src=\"https:\/\/wellenrauscher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/DSC_0119-1024x678.jpg\" alt=\"Sportboothafen Maasholm Ansteuerung Schleim\u00fcnde Schlei-M\u00fcndung. Via the green-red buoy number 15 you turn to starboard directly towards the harbor entrance. With strong westerly winds it happens that the water is strongly pushed out of the Schlei significantly. Avoid taking shortcuts across the areas next to the main fairway, as this can lead to unwanted grounding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In strong winds, it must be taken into account that the port is in parts narrowly dimensioned and mooring in the box or turning can be a challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Maasholm marina can also be approached at night.
